maintainance requestMy name is Grace and I am calling from Shanghai,China.My earphone which was bought in Italy doesn't work now and I would like to have it repaired.But I asked your maintainace station in Shanghai and Beijing,they replied to me they couldn't repair it. It would be a great pity that the Shure Earphone could not be repaired.Could you please help to figure it out? Your quick response is very much appreciated.Thank you very much for your kind help in advance.
